From Vinyl to Digital: Preserving a 1930’s Recording Artist’s Legacy
When this client reached out, they shared a fascinating piece of family history from a 1930s recording artist. What we found spanned over 40 years of her schooling, professional career, and personal life. These fragile items represented not only a remarkable musical legacy but also the chance to rediscover and preserve memories they had never fully known.
A Large Family Collection of Slides, Albums and Loose Prints
This client came to us wanting to help their parents organize their large collection of slides, loose prints and albums. These came to us very well organized. The albums were already curated by topic and date, the slide boxes all had date information and the loose prints were in boxes by 5 year increments divided by index cards.
A Family Photo Collection: Edited, Organized and Digitized
This family came to us with a collection of photos from approximately 1900-2006. After initial assessment we had around 8000 photos. After organizing and editing we digitized 4500 images and moved them into archival storage boxes. Read about the project here!
