We are a family-owned company located in Portland, Oregon. We treat your memorabilia and analog memories with the utmost care. Whether you choose to drop items off with us or send them in the mail, we are dedicated to the efficient, professional and safe handling of these precious keepsakes.
Prints
We carefully digitize each of your photographic prints, handling every image individually with precision and care using our camera-scanning process. Our process includes high-quality scanning and basic color and exposure correction to ensure your photos look their best.
$1.00 per piece for groups of photos that are the same size and shape.
$1.50 a piece if the photos are of varying shapes and sizes.
$1.25 per slide
Slides
We carefully digitize each of your photographic slides, handling every slide individually with precision and care using our camera-scanning process. Our process includes high-quality scanning and basic color and exposure correction to ensure your slides look their best. Each slide is cleaned on both sides.
$1.50 per frame
Negatives
We carefully digitize each of your photographic negatives, handling every frame individually with precision and care using our camera-scanning process. Our process includes high-quality scanning and basic color and exposure correction to ensure your photos look their best. The negatives are cleaned prior to digitizing.
Documents
$1.00 per document
We can digitize documents of all sorts- handwritten letters, typed documents, report cards and school records, greeting cards and children’s art. Our process includes high-quality scanning and basic color and exposure correction to ensure your photos look their best
Photo Albums, Scrapbooks + Oversize Photos
$2.00 per page
We will digitize your scrapbooks and albums by page rather than by individual images. This allows you to recreate your precious memories in a digital form. This service also applies to photos and artwork over 9x12 inches in size.
CDs/DVDs
$15 per transfer for Photo and Audio CDS
$25 per transfer for DVDS
We will transfer the files from your CDs and DVDs and ensure that are in the correct and current formats. Files will be transferred to a hard drive or flash drive. Costs for flash drives and hard drives vary depending on size.
Memorabilia / Collections
$125 per hour (2 hour minimum)
Do you want to digitize 3-dimensional memorabilia like trophies, figurines, collectibles, sports memorabilia, etc? We can digitize those items using professional gear and lighting techniques so that your treasured collection always looks good (and you can declutter if you want to).
Digital Restoration
$125/hour, half hour minimum.
We also offer high end digital restoration (or retouching) services just in case you need to give that old image some extra love. We will consult with you about how much work is to be done per piece as well as file output solutions to reach your goal.
Video Tapes
$25 per item
Dust off those video tapes and we’ll digitize them to a high-quality H.264 file in mp4 format. We can convert VHS, VHS-C, Mini DV and Hi8 Formats.
*Please note, we charge a $10 per tape fee if they need to be cleaned. Unfortunately the magnetic tape medium is susceptible to mold buildup.
Film and Audio Reels
3” reels @ $15 each
4” reels @ $25 each
5” reels @ $50 each
6” reels @ $75 each
7” reels @ $100 each
Do you have movie reels? Or Reel to reel audio? We can digitize 8mm and Super 8mm to a high-quality H.264 file in mp4 format.
*Please note, we charge a $10 per reel fee if they need to be cleaned. Unfortunately film is susceptible to mold buildup over time.
Audio Cassettes / LPs
$25 per side
We have the facilities to also digitize your analog audio recordings into high-quality mp3 files. Digitizing is particularly important when it comes to cassettes, as the tape disintegrates over time. We even digitize those mini cassettes.
